02 Apr, 2026

News

Important update: 1 May 2025

We regret that our upcoming event in Ballybofey, Donegal has been postponed due to the unexpected unavailability of key personnel. We hope to reschedule the event later this year.

If you have booked the information evening or a one-to-one session, you will be contacted directly by a member of our Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) Helpdesk who will provide you with further information.

If you are seeking to create an EPA or need to discuss a time‑sensitive matter, we will arrange a call at a time that suits you. Alternatively, an online meeting with one of our helpdesk agents can be scheduled to bring you through an application on the MyDSS portal.

As always, visit myepa.ie for information on all of the steps involved in making an EPA.
