Complaints and Investigations

The Decision Support Service can investigate complaints about decision supporters and decision support arrangements made under the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015. We can also investigate complaints about enduring powers of attorney made under the Powers of Attorney Act 1996.
